Kitsap County is soliciting proposals from qualified and certified contractors to provide comprehensive Backflow Assembly Testing, Repair, and Maintenance services at multiple County-owned facilities and locations. The purpose is to ensure compliance with all applicable state and local regulations governing backflow prevention and to maintain the integrity of the County's water systems. Contractors must possess current certification and demonstrate experience in performing backflow testing and repair in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Services will include routine testing, emergency repairs, and ongoing maintenance to ensure reliable operation and protection of public health.
