Proposals must be submitted electronically via the designated bidding system. Late, hand delivered (paper), emailed or facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities, negotiate modifications, or accept the proposal deemed most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value, service, and concept of operations, even if it is not the lowest and best price. No proposal may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of receipt. WBE/MBE firms are encouraged to respond.
