Electronic proposals are invited for Snow Removal Services – Park and Ride Lots. The proposal must be submitted online at PRT’s Ebusiness website. Bidders should include costs for delivery, bond, and insurance in their proposal pricing; contractors are responsible for acquiring performance bonds and insurance as applicable. All items are to be delivered FOB unless otherwise specified. No bidder may withdraw a submitted proposal for 75 days after the scheduled bid opening. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full opportunity to submit bids and will not face discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The Board of PRT reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders are encouraged, but not required, to attend a pre-bid conference. Questions will not be entertained within five business days of the scheduled bid opening. Compliance with applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations is required. These contracts may be subject to a financial assistance contract with the U.S. Department of Transportation.
