The work involves audiovisual (AV) system upgrades for the Multi-purpose Room at the Cooley Landing Education Center in East Palo Alto, CA. The Project is located at 2100 Bay Rd, East Palo Alto, CA 94303 The project must be fully completed within 20 calendar days from the start date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders are required to have a valid California contractor's license in classification B or C-7 and must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations. Each bid must include a bid security of ten percent of the maximum bid amount, either as a cashier's or certified check or as a bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract price. Each bidder must submit a completed Subcontractor List form with details for each subcontractor involved. All work is subject to prevailing wage requirements, and compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR.
