This bid is subject to Chapter 90 funding and requires prequalification in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00. Interested bidders must be prequalified by Mass DOT (or have been granted a waiver from Mass DOT) to bid this project. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Pavement - Surfacing for the project with an estimated value of $2,646,296.95 will be required. A complete bid package submission consists of the Form for General Bid & Unit Pricing Pages, Bid Security (5% of Total Bid), and forms required by City Policies & Programs.
