A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000415982 Project Description (Traditional Mill and Overlay and/or Hot In Place (HIP) asphalt paving): Cherrymoor Drive: Two inch (2") roto mill and asphalt overlay or HIP asphalt paving. Martin Lane: Two inch (2") roto mill and asphalt overlay or HIP asphalt paving. All questions regarding the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to Ralph Mason, Project Manager, City of Cherry Hills Village, 2450 East Quincy Avenue, Cherry Hills Village, CO 80113. The selected contractor will need to provide all traffic control (flaggers, signage, cones, ultra panels, etc.) throughout the entirety of the Project. The City of Cherry Hills Village (the "City") does not recognize traffic control or mobilization, re-mobilization, or de-mobilization as a separate line item. In addition, the selected contractor will need to provide material testing pertaining to material specs and compaction. Please see attachements for specific locations.
