Sealed bids are requested for the Playground at Rahway River Park, Township of Clark, County of Union, New Jersey (BA# 5-2026; Union County Engineering Project #2024-032). Bid Packages are available for download or in person at the Division of Engineering. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the subject of the bid, the bidder's name, address, phone and fax number, and the date of the bid opening. All bids must be received prior to the opening time. Late bids will not be accepted, and the County is not responsible for late delivery. Bidders should consider possible delays due to parking and security. State funds through the Green Acres Program are being used, and vendors currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified are excluded from participation. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
