Site work and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Clark, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to playground and fencing replacements. The Contract Documents define the full project scope. The Scope of Work for the Project is determined by the complete construction documentation, including all addenda thereto issued during the bid cycle, and the full Scope of Work is not limited by the brief summary of the Work provided here or in the Division 01 Summary of Work section, and including any Summary of Site Work section for projects involving exterior site improvements. Such "summaries" are issued to provide Bidders with a basic understanding of the general intent of the Project, and as such, the summaries are not exhaustive, all-inclusive listings of project scope. Absence of any specific detail in an offered summary does not remove such element from the Scope of Work presented by the complete document set. Bidders shall direct questions in writing to Kenneth Mieles at the office of Parette Somjen Architects L.L.C. by mail, by facsimile at 973.586.2401, or by email at kmieles@planetpsa.com . Questions must be received by the Architect by April 22, 2026, not later than three (3) business days prior to the deadline for last issuance of addenda.
