Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in South El Monte, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The El Monte Union High School District is requesting statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified firms to perform Construction Management services for the South El Monte High School Track & Field Modernization Project. Responses should be submitted electronically via email. Proposing firms should be prepared to provide staff immediately to meet an aggressive schedule. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive irregularities or informalities in the process. All questions regarding the RFQ/P must be submitted in writing via email only to the Director of Purchasing. Firms must not contact any other District personnel regarding the RFQ/P. Questions Due: March 13, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Answers/Addenda Due: March 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
