Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Coos Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct a landscape retaining wall along the boardwalk, south of the main entryway. The retaining wall will provide structural support and landscape definition while enhancing the visual character of the boardwalk area. The retaining wall shall be approximately 475 linear feet in length and 3.5 feet in height, constructed using a precast segmental retaining wall system. Sealed bids will be received by the Operations Administrator via mail or hand delivery by the specified deadline. Bidders must qualify with the owner as outlined in the Request for Quote and comply with all requirements in the RFQ. Pre-bid questions and responses will be conducted via email. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the specified location and time. The contract is governed by prevailing wage rate statutes, and the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities or informalities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for thirty days after the opening.
