A.I.P NO. 3-41-0008-022-2025 & A.I.P NO. 3-41-0008-023-2025 Question Deadline 03/24/2026 at 2:00 PM PT contacting Lauri Ziemer at lziemer@brookings.or.us (541-469-1138) The project consists of replacing the existing Runway 12-30 Medium Intensity Runway Lighting (MIRL) system, replacing the existing PAPIs for RW12 and RW30, replacing the existing lighted wind cone, replacing the existing airport beacon, replacing airport electrical building equipment as necessary, installing new REILs for RW12 and RW30, and installing spare conduits if needed. Work includes traffic control, materials, and workmanship to complete the project according to the specified requirements. Sealed bids will be received for the construction work. Only those considered to be Responsible Bidders, as defined by meeting requirements for financial, material, equipment, personnel, expertise, performance, integrity, and legal qualifications, will be qualified for the work. Non-resident bidders must indicate on the Bid Form whether or not they are Oregon residents. Bidders shall submit bid security equal to 10% of the Base Bid and, upon award, provide a payment and performance bond for 100% of the bid within ten days. A warrantee bond in the amount of 10% of the bid must be submitted prior to final payment and held for one year after completion. Bidders must disclose first-tier subcontractors within two working hours after the bid deadline. Contractors must certify to having and maintaining a drug testing program for employees.
