Sealed bids are invited for the Chesterton High School Baseball/Softball Fields Replacement and Related Work at 2125 S 11th St, Chesterton, IN. All work for the complete construction of the project will be under one or more prime contracts with the Owner based on received bids and combinations awarded. Construction will be managed by the Construction Manager and must comply fully with the Bidding Documents available for review. Bidders must order documents electronically or request printed copies through the specified plan room. Bid security of ten percent of the bid is required. Successful bidders must provide Performance and Payment Bonds for the entire contract amount prior to contract execution. The Owner may accept or reject any bid or combination of bids and may waive irregularities in bidding. Bids may be held up to 60 days before awarding contracts. Question Deadline 03/20/2026 Questions for this Project shall be directed to the Construction Manager and the Architect. Prospective Bidders in doubt as to the true meaning of a part of the Drawings, Specifications, or other Contract Documents shall submit to the Construction Manager and the Architect, not less than ten (10) days before the date of the bid, a written request for interpretation and clarification.
