As of May 18, 2026, the project was awarded to Western Refinery Services, Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,393,883.06. The Project includes replacing existing water pipe and sewer pipe, replacing the existing sidewalk, installing or modifying stormwater infrastructure, and replacing the existing roadway around the Wardwell Ave, McKinley Avenue, and 7th Street loop.
