Replacement of metal roofing, roof insulation, and sheet metal flashing and drainage accessories of an existing pre-engineered metal building. Work must be done by manufacturer-approved contractors to maintain existing Butler System warranties and provide new warranties through the same manufacturer. Bidders are required to provide bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check in a sum no less than 5 percent of the bid sum. Bids must be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 calendar days after submission.
