The Central Virginia Waste Management Authority (CVWMA) is seeking proposals for Household Hazardous Waste Collection, Hauling and Disposal Services in the CVWMA Region. Proposals may be submitted to provide services in any one or multiple Member Jurisdictions. The contract awarded as a result of this procurement will be a "requirements" contract, with no quantities guaranteed. The CVWMA reserves the right to award one or more contracts to the offeror(s) submitting the most responsive proposals based on the best value for the CVWMA and its member jurisdictions in terms of the overall combination of quality, price, and required service elements. Offerors must submit sealed responses in accordance with the instructions provided in Section 3 Instructions to Offerors.
