Site work for a water / sewer project in Hercules, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to remove damaged and broken portions of the existing concrete V-ditch and construct a new reinforced concrete V-ditch in accordance with approved plans for the Concrete V-Ditch Repair project at 292 and 304 Falcon Way, Hercules, California. Work includes demolition and disposal of existing concrete and fragments, subgrade preparation and compaction, installation of dowels and epoxy connection to existing concrete, placement of new minimum 5-inch thick concrete V-ditch sections, construction of rip rap channel improvements with geotextile fabric, installation of erosion control measures, and hydroseeding of disturbed areas. All work must be completed within the project limits and in accordance with the City of Hercules Standard Specifications and Caltrans specifications. Construction must be fully completed within 45 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the specified due date.
