Sealed bids are invited for HMA Overlay (RFB# KC Paving - 2026) on parts of Schulze Place, Diana Drive, and Balla Machre Ln. All bidders must use the original printed forms from the bid packages and submit all required documentation as specified. Successful bidders are required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for the contract amount. TWO (2) NOTARIZED ORIGINAL bid packets must be submitted to the Knox County Auditor, 111 North 7th Street, Suite 5, Vincennes, IN 47591 by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The Board of Knox County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. Any vendor questions that may arise after your site visits must be submitted in writing to Chad Reynolds (email preferred ) creynolds@knoxcounty.in.gov by close of business , Monday , March 23 , 2026. Written answers and any changes to this bid document will then be included in a bid addendum sent to all meeting attendees by close of business , Thursday , March 26 , 2026 . *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
