Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Burlington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,900-square-foot water / sewer project.
The work includes furnishing all materials and equipment and performing roof replacement of approximately 10,800 SF of a membrane roof system at the Wastewater Treatment Campus Administration Building and approximately 4,100 SF of a membrane roof system at the Wastewater Treatment First Stage Building. The work must be performed per the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. Sealed and/or emailed bids will be received until the designated opening time. If submitting by mail or delivery system, the sealed bid envelope must be enclosed in an outer package marked "BID ENCLOSED." Prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference; failure to do so will disqualify them from bidding. The Bidding Documents, including the Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Drawings, and Specifications, are available for examination at the designated location(s).
