The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program invites bids for joint cooperative purchases for highway supplies and services, including "Guard Rail Installed." Bids must be submitted online. All bids for services require compliance with prevailing wage rates and a 5% bid deposit in the form of a bid bond or certified check. Bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT for approved classes of work and the respective estimated values. The awarding authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in total or in part, and may take action in the best interest of all participants. Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. All bids will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
