Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Jenison, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing 4,100 feet of 5 foot wide concrete sidewalk, 100 feet of 6 foot wide boardwalk, including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Sealed bids are required. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Georgetown Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price. This surety binds the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after receipt of bids. Question Deadline 03/19/2026 Questions to be addressed in the addendum will be received through 5:00 p.m. five (5) business days prior to the bid. The project must be completed within 10 weeks from commencement or by September 4, 2026, whichever comes first.
