Provide all labor and equipment necessary for the Primary Deck Rehabilitation Project - Phase 5: Slide Gate Repairs at 8521 Laguna Station Road, Elk Grove, CA 95758. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly listing the contractor's name and return address. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and comply with all monitoring and enforcement requirements. Electronic certified payroll records must be furnished to the Labor Commissioner. A bid bond/deposit of at least ten percent of the total bid is required. The successful bidder must provide a 100 percent Performance Bond and Payment Bond. All labor must be paid at not less than the prevailing wage rate as determined by the California Department of Industrial Relations. It is the responsibility of bidders to be familiar with all requirements of the solicitation. No discrimination is permitted in the awarding of the contract.
