Renovation of a municipal facility in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids South Hills Area Council of Governments that specifications and proposal forms for furnishing all labor and materials and professional consulting and/or construction services for the following project entitled: CD 50-7.5b: West Mifflin Borough Building ADA Door Project Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 10%. Moreover, compliance is required by the prime contractor and all subcontractors with the Federal General Conditions included in the contract documents between the County of Allegheny through its Department of Economic Development and the operating agency. These Federal General Conditions are to be incorporated by reference into all construction contracts between operating agency and contractor, contractor and subcontractor(s), and subcontractor(s) and lower tiered subcontractor(s). The South Hills Area Council of Governments and/or West Mifflin Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids, alternates or parts of bids and to waive any informality in the proposals received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
