Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Hillsboro requests competitive proposals from qualified and experienced general contractors (Proposers) to: Schedule "A" - Overlays: Furnish all labor, equipment, and material required to complete the preparation and placement of approximately 5,934 tons of asphalt concrete, including excavation, roadway grading, pavement repair, grinding, sidewalk ramp replacement, striping, and associated work. Schedule "B" - Downtown Intersections - Overlay, Concrete, and Crack Sealant: Furnish all labor, equipment, and material required to complete the preparation and placement of approximately 216 tons of asphalt concrete, including excavation, roadway grading, pavement repair, grinding, sidewalk ramp replacement, striping, crack sealing, and associated work. (Up to $1,700,000 may be spent prior to July 1, the remaining amount of the contract will be spent after July 1). The City will not consider an offer unless the offeror is registered with the Construction Contractors Board (CCB) or the State Landscape Contractors Board.
