Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The structure is a 200,000 gallon toroellipse with a low-water level of 88 ft. 9 in. and a head range of 28 ft. 3 in. The work includes: Exterior: High-pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi) and spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. Foundation: Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs: 1) Replace the riser manway gasket. 2) Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch. 3) Overflow discharge modification. 4) Replace the fall prevention device on the wet interior ladder. 5) Install a vandal guard. 6) Balcony drain holes. 7) Install swing gates at the balcony opening and at the step-off platform opening. 8) Trim the leg ladder. 9) Install grounding rods for the structure.
