This electronic Request for Quotes is issued to select up to eight contractors to provide professional environmental response services for Hazardous Sites in the State of Georgia. Services will be executed through individual task orders, assigned based on the offeror's expertise, qualifications, and relevant experience, or by a general-rotation or best-value process for tasks not requiring specialized expertise. Prospective bidders must be registered in TEAM GEORGIA MARKETPLACE to access the full RFQ and attachments and to submit bids electronically through the same system. Bidders are responsible for regularly reviewing the RFQ for updates, answers to questions, and any addenda. Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing via e-mail. All other questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Elizabeth Alexander at elizabeth.alexander@dnr.ga.gov. No questions other than written will be accepted. No response other than written will be binding upon the State.
