Renovation of an educational facility in Manhattan, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The request is for bids for construction at Kansas State University, Chalmers Hall, for building pressurization. The award will be a single contract for all work covering the total construction. Bidders must be responsible for understanding the full scope of work as covered by the bid documents. All interested parties must register on the GeoCivix website to obtain, view, or download bid documents, and only registered parties will receive addendums. Bidders are responsible for the cost of printing bid documents. Upon award, up to three sets of printed bid documents will be provided to the contractor, who is responsible for pickup or shipping charges. Instructions clarify that all tiers of bidders must understand the full scope of work covered by the bid documents. Questions regarding instructions, contract form, insurance, or bonds should be addressed to the Office of Procurement and Contracts. Questions about construction documents should be directed to the design team. Requests for clarifications and interpretations of the Construction Contract Documents (Technical Specifications and Drawings) shall be presented to the Project Architect/Engineer in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the date on which bids are to be opened.
