The County of Passaic is requesting bid proposals for the production and installation of a public monument in Goffle Brook Park. The project seeks an artist to design and create a monument that will highlight the arrival of Marquis de Lafayette at Goffle Brook Park and his role during the American Revolution. Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms supplied by the County. Bidders are required to submit a total of four proposals: one original, two copies, and one electronically stored copy on a CD or USB flash drive. Proposals may be submitted by hand-delivery during regular business hours, certified mail, or overnight delivery, and must be delivered to the specified address. By typing a signature on the County bid document, the bidder is consenting to the terms of the Countys bid specifications. Late proposals will not be accepted, and the County is not responsible for undelivered proposals. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable statutes and to waive minor informalities when authorized.
