Hopkins Parcel Athletic Facility Improvements The project consists of demolition of existing site features and construction of walking paths, parking lot, stormwater and electrical improvements, a new synthetic turf athletic field, lighting improvements with final installation of the synthetic turf surfacing and infill by owner's consultant. The existing Cooley Hall building at this site was removed in May of 2025 and the 4.9 acre parcel has since been improved. The total disturbance / work area is 3.80 acres.
