Improvements will consist of the pulverization and stabilization to a depth of 6", where indicated. 2. Overlay of the stabilized roadway with Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course, 2" Thick. 3. Removal and replacement of 9"xl 8" Concrete Vertical Curb, and Monolithic Concrete Curb and Gutter, where indicated. 4. Installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, where indicated. 5. Installation of 3" PVC Pipe through concrete curb, where indicated. 6. Resetting of existing sanitary sewer manholes using new casting, where indicated. 7. Installation of 18" Reinforced Concrete Pipe and a Manhole, 5' Diameter, where indicated. 8. Reconstruction of Inlets, Type "B", using new castings, and Installation of Inlets, Type Double "B", where indicated. 9. Removal and replacement of Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick, and Exposed Aggregate Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick. 10. Removal and replacement of Hot Mix Asphalt Driveway, 4" Thick and Concrete Driveway, 6" Thick, where indicated. 11. Tree trimming, removal of trees, and installation of steel tree plates, where indicated. 12. Installation of pavement markings, where indicated. 13. Topsoil, fertilizer, seed, and straw mulching will be placed on all disturbed areas. Areas affected by the proposed work must be re-graded. 14.
