East Tensleep Creek Fish Barrier Construction - Wyoming Game & Fish Department The project consists of constructing a fish barrier on East Tensleep Creek at the preferred location (GPS coordinates 44.174814, -107.213065), 1,100 feet upstream from Meadowlark Lake. The selected contractor will have the option of one of two possible construction windows: from Notice to Proceed until November 15, 2026 (preferred), or July 15, 2027 - October 31, 2027. The contractor may only select one of these construction windows, and construction must take place in one continuous block. Starting in 2026, pausing over the winter, and resuming in 2027 will not be allowed. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted near Meadowlark Lake Lodge, 4700 US-16, Ten Sleep, Wyoming. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidders responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Questions must be submitted via Public Purchase by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 14, 2026. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit of 10% of the total bid if the bid amount is greater than $150,000, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, certified check, or electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. Only original bid bonds or cashier's checks will be accepted by mail; copies will not be accepted. Bidders must sign the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the mandatory pre-bid meeting, and only representatives of their company may attend.
