Renovation and update of the existing Parking Garage located in the center of the Bellevue College campus, consisting of structural repairs, durability upgrades, and a new stormwater drainage connection, while maintaining continuous parking access to most of the structure. Prevailing wages for King County apply, and apprenticeship participation is required on this project. Submittals are required to be electronically submitted prior to the deadline.
