The work consists of providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for: selective demolition of existing concrete, interior partitions, flooring, HVAC, plumbing and electrical; ACBM abatement; installation of new sidewalk, concrete, framing, flooring, cabinetry, interior partitions, interior finishes, doors and hardware, glazing, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical; and work in divisions 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 22, 23, 26, 31, 32. Bids must be submitted on the Proposal form provided by Condon School District and bear the signature of the Bidder. Condon School District reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and to waive any informality or postpone the award of the Contract for sixty days. This public works project is subject to the Oregon Prevailing Wage Rate laws. No bid will be received or considered unless it contains a statement that provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 276C.870 (Oregon Prevailing Wage Law) will be complied with and the Bidder is registered with the Construction Contractors Board or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board as required by ORS 671.530. There will be a mandatory Pre-bid meeting at Condon High School, attendance at which is required for those bidding as General Contractors. No bid may be withdrawn after the time set for bid opening nor before the award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty days or as per the instructions to bidders.
