Renovation of an industrial development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.
Sealed bids are requested for restroom renovations at the West Headworks. Bidders must submit a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid price with their bid. Bidders are required to purchase contract documents directly from the specified office to qualify. Businesses owned and operated by minorities and women are encouraged to participate. The Authority reserves the right to reject or accept any bid, or waive any informality. Questions about technical specifications should be directed to the designated contact, and questions about contract documents to the specified clerk. A non-refundable fee is required for contract documents.
