Sealed bid proposals are requested from qualified contractors for the 2026 Sinking Fund - Transportation Reconfigure for Flushing Community Schools. The project will utilize separate prime contractors, and all construction contracts will be direct with the Owner, with overall administration by the Construction Management Firm, Wolgast Corporation. The contract will be awarded to separate prime contractors for separate bid divisions or combinations of bid divisions. Bid divisions include Electrical, Site Work, Asphalt Paving, and Fencing. All proposals must be submitted on the provided bid forms, completed and executed. Bid security of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid is required with each proposal, in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. No personal checks will be accepted. Bids must remain valid for sixty days after the bid date. Successful bidders may be required to provide Surety Bonds as specified. Bidders must include familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267 and a signed Iran Business Relationship Affidavit. Bids lacking these documents will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept other than the low bid, or waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in proposals as deemed in their best interest.
