Improvements to the gravity main rehabilitation include installation of approximately 254 LF of 15" sanitary sewer pipe, two (2) doghouse manholes, and one (1) manhole to bypass existing infrastructure and redirect flow within the intersection of SH-41 and Poleline Avenue. Design includes traffic control plans to assist during construction with work required within the ITD right-of-way and intersection. Project includes rehabilitation work for two (2) existing manhole lids on SH-41. Project also includes the repair of 20 LF of 16" force main located on 12th Avenue. A Bid Guaranty of 5 percent of the Bid Amount is required. Separate Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Amount will be required. Each bidder must supply all the information required by the Bid Documents and Specifications. All contractor, subcontractor, or specialty contractor shall be required to have a current license as a Public Works Contractor in the State of Idaho in order to submit a bid or proposal on this project. Disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 23 will be afforded full opportunity to submit offers in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
