Yuba County Water Agency desires to retain a qualified firm to provide professional services for the Colgate Penstock Rebuild Project in Yuba County, CA. The anticipated work required includes Project Management, As-Found Condition Assessment and Reporting, Design Charrette, Engineering Design Services, Post Design Services, and Re-Watering Plan. The Consultant shall review and incorporate findings from an Independent Forensics Team and recommendations from a Board of Consultants throughout all phases of the Project. The regulatory requirements of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission take precedence over Agency requirements in the event of a conflict. Selection will be based on best value to the Agency. Proposers are advised to read all sections of the RFP prior to submitting a proposal.Final Questions Due: March 30, 2026
