Principal items of Work included in the Emery Avenue Water Main Installation project are: - Installation of approximately 630 linear feet of new 8-inch PVC C900 water main. - Installation of valves. - Installation of water sampling station. - Connections to the existing South Prairie Water System. - Abandonment of existing water mains in-place. - Removal, haul, and disposal of existing asbestos cement (AC) water mains in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements. - Asphalt concrete pavement patching and surface restoration. General Contractors are invited to submit a single sealed bid for the EMERY AVENUE WATER MAIN INSTALLATION project in South Prairie, WA. The project involves installing approximately 630 linear feet of new 8-inch PVC C900 water main on Emery Avenue South, between Southwest 1st Street and 3rd Street Southeast. The work also includes installation of gate valves, water sampling stations, and general restoration. Sealed bids will be accepted at Town Hall at 121 Washington Street, South Prairie, WA 98385 until 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, April 2, 2026. Bids received after this time and date will not be accepted.
