This project is temporarily suspended to allow time to revise project manual to reflect BABAA requirements. It is anticipated that this will be completed by 3/26/2026. This project is titled Water Storage Tank and Foundation Project, Nunam Iqua, AK. Bids must be submitted through the Bonfire portal. Interested parties must register with Bonfire to receive all relevant solicitation documents and addendums, and to submit questions and bids. Bids must be uploaded to the Bonfire portal prior to the established deadline. Bids will be opened and reviewed for compliance immediately following the deadline. Bid results will be shared publicly through direct emails with bidders and posted on the ANTHC Bonfire portal. Bids will be publicly read via Zoom immediately after they are due. If the solicitation was received from a source other than Bonfire, registration with Bonfire is required to receive subsequent addendums. If documents were downloaded from a site other than Bonfire, verify that all documents listed in the solicitation table of contents are included. Project Description: Construct 350,000 gallon water storage tank and platform. Install fill/draw lines, additional heat add for new tank, and supplemental chlorination point. Upgrade raw water monitoring to include turbidity and conductivity. Construct an alarm using the monitoring that would alert an operator to turn off the raw water pump and pause water treatment until raw water quality drops to acceptable total dissolved solids levels. Work of the Project includes the following: Phase 1: Mobilization, Construction Survey, Erosion and Pollution Control, Water Storage Tank Foundation & Water Main Foundation, De-mobilization. Phase 2: Mobilization, Erosion and Pollution Control, Water Treatment Plant Upgrades, Water Storage Tank and Valve Vault, Furnish and Install 6X12 Water Main & Furnish and Install 4X12 Water Main, De-mobilization. Questions deadline: 4/1/26 at 12:00 AM Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
