The total project area is 196' x 106', approximately 23,940 sq. ft. The project also requires procurement and installation of two new provisional tennis nets, one for each court. Each bidder must submit a bid, bond, cash, or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, along with a statement of non-collusion, both in the required form and subject to the specified conditions. The Town Board reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
