Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Rome, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of two prime contracts for Mechanical/HVAC and Plumbing. It generally includes the construction of a new wastewater pump station designed to serve the new triangle site development at Griffiss International Airport in Rome, NY. The pump station will feed a force main installed along perimeter road to transport wastewater to the Rome Wastewater Treatment plant. The work includes the pump station building, subgrade wet and dry well structure, wastewater pumping system and controls, and all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems related to pump station operation. Additionally, the project includes a new driveway and utilities connecting the pump station to the mains along perimeter road, as well as renovation of the parking lot adjacent to the baseball fields.
