Repair pavement in the parking lot at Building 106 and perform striping. These standards apply to all new construction, demolition, modification, repair and maintenance for all site pavements including associated site infrastructure. After coldmilling the existing pavement is completed, the pavement area is to be inspected for areas where full depth repairs are needed. After all site work is completed, delineated parking spaces as well as pavement markings are to be laid out as identified. Additionally, all pavement markings for the Entry Control Point are to be laid out and striped as identified. Offerors must submit signed and dated offers including proposed price, information necessary to evaluate price and past performance, responses to required provisions, and past performance information for up to five contracts completed within the past five years. Past performance information must include description of work and contract number, whether acting as prime or subcontractor, period of performance, and customer point of contact. Offers must be emailed and must agree to all terms and conditions in the solicitation. The Government will evaluate offers based on price and past performance, with past performance being significantly more important than price. Only small business concerns are eligible.
