All bids shall be made on forms furnished and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked to the attention of the City Clerk as follows: RFB-2026-005 2026 Cold Milling and Resurfacing Project The City of Rome reserves the Right to Reject any and all bid proposals deemed to be NOT in the best interest of the City. The City of Rome also reserves the Right to Accept any bid proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
