Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Pembroke, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of the in-kind replacement of rooftop HVAC units, added ventilation, and associated mechanical work at the Bob Caton Field House and the Auxiliary Services Facility. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contractor and all proposals must be lump sum. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents will be available for inspection at specified locations and may also be obtained for purchase or electronically from the design firm during normal office hours after April 1, 2026. Sealed proposals must be received and will be publicly opened and read for the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment involved in the construction work for the rooftop unit replacements at the specified facilities.
