The interior and exterior of the dwelling are to be inspected or investigated to perform an asbestos survey in compliance with the US EPA National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP The asbestos survey will be conducted by a third party underr contract contract with wi the t City of Warren, and an emplovee of the City of Warren will be the City of Warren will be present dueing the survey. Samples file and mastic sheet of building materials including but not limited to dry wall, mud, and tape; floor tile and mastic; sheet vinyl; drop ceiling; roof shingles; window caulking; transite siding; insulation; foundation; concrete or any other exterior or interior materials or substances may be extracted for tests The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods
