Project 26-01 includes the following approximate quantities: 100 LF relay 8-inch sanitary sewer and associated appurtenances; 3400 LF relay or pipe bursting sanitary laterals (4-inch and 6-inch) and associated appurtenances; 3300 LF new and relay storm sewer (8-inch to 36-inch) and associated appurtenances; 1900 LF new storm lateral installation (6-inch); 5820 LF relay or directional drill 8-inch water main and associated appurtenances; 1800 LF relay water service (1-inch); 1800 CY unclassified excavation; 2500 TONS 1 1/4" crushed aggregate base course; 7300 SY asphaltic concrete pavement pulverizing; 2400 TONS asphaltic concrete pavement placement; 3200 LF replace concrete curb and gutter; 1000 SY replace concrete sidewalks, driveways, and pedestrian curb ramps (4-inch to 6-inch); and restoration. Project documents must be downloaded electronically which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to vBid online bidding. Bidders will be charged an additional fee to submit a bid electronically. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the City of De Pere. If the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute a contract and furnish a contract bond. Each bidder shall pre-qualify by submitting proof of responsibility on forms furnished by the Director of Public Works. The City of De Pere reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding and to accept any proposal which the Common Council deems most favorable to the interest of the City of De Pere.
