Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Lantana, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and all incidentals and appurtenances for the construction of the improvements to the Skate Park (1200 West Drew St., Lantana, FL 33462). Reference is made to the Contract Drawings and Specifications dated January 2026 as prepared by Kimley-Horn & Associates Inc., attached hereto as Exhibit A Any questions regarding the specifications and/or the Invitation to Bid process must be submitted in writing to Vanessa Holloway. To allow enough time for the Town to respond, requests for clarification and additional information should be received at least four (4) business days before the Due Date for the Bid (April 7, 2026 at 3:30 P.M. E.S.T.) The TOWN reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The TOWN further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the TOWN in the sole discretion of the TOWN. The award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder
