The project is located on the Bluegrass Community and Technical College Newtown campus in Lexington , Kentucky , and consists of approximately 0.9 acres . This project includes the demolition of two existing cottages and a storage garage , removal of existing site utilities , concrete walks , asphalt paving , chain link fencing and trees . Project includes erosion control measures , minor regrading and seeding . The last day to submit questions is April 7, 2026, at 5:00 pm.
