Install rooftop photovoltaic systems on multiple buildings, including providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and resources necessary to perform the work in full accordance with project drawings, specifications, and the Statement of Work. All tasks must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as VA codes, standards, executive orders, construction safety policies, infection control requirements, site-specific procedures, and warranty provisions. Work includes all construction, electrical, structural, and safety measures required for complete rooftop PV installation, with a one-year parts and labor warranty from the date of VA acceptance. The project must be completed within 365 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and is restricted to verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
