Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as SHE - CR 25A - 14.73 IMPROVEMENT. The project consists of road shoulder improvements and an asphalt overlay on County Road 25A from the north drive of Anna Schools to State Route 274. All materials, equipment, and labor necessary to perform this service are to be included. Contract documents, bid sheets, plans, and specifications can be obtained at the Shelby County Engineers Office. Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, with bid security in bond form issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in Ohio. Proposals must contain the full name of the submitting party or parties and all persons interested, and evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity may be requested. The project must be completed between July 1, 2026, and August 26, 2026, within a 30-day window in this timeframe. Bidders must use, to the extent practicable, Ohio products, materials, services, and labor, and comply with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Shelby County, Ohio. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.
