Sealed bids are invited for roofing upgrades at Benicia High School Buildings M, N and O and Joe Henderson Elementary School Main A Building. Bids must be submitted using the provided bid Proposal Form and comply with the requirements in the plans and specifications. The bid must include the name, location, and type of work of all subcontractors performing in excess of one-half of one percent of the bid price. Successful bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates, provide required bonds and insurance, and follow all other contract requirements. The schedule of work mandates an eight-hour working day and overtime at a rate of at least time and one half. Substitution of securities for retention is permitted.
